Whether it’s an office space, residential dwelling or retail premises, photo-real 3D Visualisation allows Interior Designers to secure commissions, accurately communicate the various elements of a proposed design scheme and engage with their client.
Accuracy

We use technical floor plans, furniture layouts and product images, provided by the Interior Designer, to construct 3D models using real world dimensions.

Materials

All of your chosen materials and finishes, for example, paint, wallpaper or fabric, are incorporated using actual imagery from the supplier’s/manufacturer’s website.

 Lighting

All interior and environment lighting is accurately depicted using real world values, adding a greater sense of realism and atmosphere.

Photo-real

The final 3D images illustrate reflections, shadows and textures as they would appear in reality using the latest in 3D rendering software.

Technical Drawing

As part of our service, we can provide you with a to scale floor plan of your design scheme to accompany the final photo-real 3D image to add context to the furniture layout or a rendered 3D floorplan.  Additionally, for bespoke furniture commissions, we can provide annotated drawings of perspectives and elevations to advise the necessary tradesmen.
