The Brief:
A London based Interior Designer, who was selected to design two interior room sets for Grand Designs Live, requested photo-real 3D images of her chosen design schemes. The Interior Designer wanted reassurance that her designs were cohesive and visually appealing, prior to the build of the room sets in reality. The final photo-real 3D images would also be displayed in the actual room sets to illustrate the use of 3D Visualisation in the design process.
The Solution:
After receiving the floor plans of the room sets, furniture layouts and images of the products to be used in the chosen design schemes, we constructed two 3D models that included all of the necessary design elements. The Interior Designer was presented with the draft 3D images for review, where she made changes to certain aspects of the designs before the final 3D images were forwarded within the timeframe specified.
