The Brief:
A high profile, UK based, Interiors Blogger/Designer, who was selected to design an interior room set for the House and Garden Festival, requested watercolour illustrations of her chosen design scheme. The objective was to present the illustrations to event organisers to provide reassurance that the designs were cohesive and visually appealing, prior to the build of the room set in reality. The illustrations were also going to be used in marketing and promotional material for the House and Garden Festival.
The Solution:
After receiving a sketched floor plan of the room set, furniture layout and images of the products to be used in the chosen design scheme, we constructed a 3D model that included all of the necessary (and in most cases, bespoke) design elements. The Designer was presented with a watercolour illustration of her design scheme and also an illustrated floor plan. The final 3D visual and floor plan were forwarded within the timeframe specified and the client was delighted with the result.
