You Know You Have Serious Problems When…
You watch loads of episodes from The Big Bang Theory on YouTube when you think you’ve spotted an iconic piece of furniture on the set of the show. And then proceed to hit pause, take screen shots of the evidence and then upload a blog post about it.
I love Tolix. And if you’ve had the pleasure/pain of reading my previous blog posts then you’ll already be acutely aware of this.
I also love The Big Bang Theory. I’ve never mentioned this before, so this is headline news…cue newspaper type font with a predictable headline:
I also had a geek crush on Sheldon for two weeks. Moving swiftly on.
So you can imagine my delight when my eagle eye spotted what I thought was a Tolix ‘H’ stool on the set of The Big Bang Theory. If you’ve never heard of Tolix; shame on you. If however you have, pleased to meet you!

There’s no real point to this blog post, other than to share this magnificent realisation with all of my 3 followers. I know, I’m too kind. Oh and kudos to the set designers for including such an awesome piece of furniture!

I’m looking for google sketch up project of The Big Bang theory A4 floor-plan. Do you have any idea where I could find it?

Hi Ivan, I’ve had a look in the Google SketchUp 3D Warehouse and there is indeed a 3D model of both Sheldon’s and Penny’s apartment. Have you ever used Google SketchUp before? It is possible to convert this into a floor plan but you would need to know how to use Google SketchUp. Does it need to be to scale?
