Belfast Harbour Office – A Potted History
I’ve been working like a maniac on my current module and finally submitted it at 7am this morning, having worked all through the night to get it finished. I officially detest my degree studies.
On a lighter note, I decided to upload one of the reports that I’m particularly proud of. It’s the result of many hours of research; A LOT of photographs (I took a total of 263 in the space of 2 hours when I visited the Belfast Harbour Office) and a fantastic evening in the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI), sifting through their archives.
I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Looks like you put a ton of work into this. Good job getting it done.
Thank you and yes I certainly did put a ‘ton’ of work into it; I’m glad you noticed! Let’s hope my tutor notices too! 😉
Looks great Anita. The first image really caught my eye, was it created in Photoshop if you don’t mind me asking? I’m sure your tutor will notice your hard work! 🙂
Thanks Melissa. Yep, I used Photoshop; I de-saturated the photo; then added a layer mask to tease out the original colours in the photograph. So glad to have reached module 4 – and then have year 1 completed!! Yay!!
